Once you have collected your baggage, and exit into the Arrivals Hall, you will see our airport representative/ driver near the golf shop (on your right) holding our logo. They will take your bags to the transport, and take you to your destination. If you are struggling to find our rep, please call one of the telephone (+351-913322115 representatives at Faro Airport) or (+351-282762467 Main office/ Reservations Department and Assistance). Please turn your mobile phone on as soon you exit the aircraft, we may have to contact you regarding your transfer. We will not be held responsible for missed transfers when we cannot reach the client with the contact information provided by the client. Please make sure to keep this information with you as it will help you to find us.
There is a 20% surcharge for all collections between 21:00 and 06:00.
Prepayment is required when a booking is made. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transference.
